Join us Thursday evening, November 30th from 6:00 - 7:30pm for our annual Holiday Platter Making Class!
Join us at 32 Lakes Café and Bakery (4707 Marine Avenue) to create your own festive cheese and charcuterie board! Come down and enjoy some delicious cheese, charcuterie and produce and perfect your platter making skills to impress friends and family!
Each ticket includes:
- A keepsake 7 x 14" maple cutting board
- Step-by-Step guidance in creating a charcuterie board led by Jo-Al of Rosemary Lane & Co.
- Fine Cheeses, Charcuterie and all additional accompaniments for creating the perfect board

It was so much fun! Learned a lot about the different types of cheese and meats. Also, it was great learning how to fold meats and how to display them on a charcuterie board. Jo-Al was super informative! Thanks for a fun evening!
The night was so well organized and fun! I learned so many tips on how to make a charcuterie board as attractive to the eyes as it is to the taste buds! I took my completed platter to a party the next night and got so many compliments before it was gobbled up!

I've purchased charcuterie platters multiple times from Rosemary Lane and Co - the products and presentation have always been outstanding. The course was at the same level of excellence - Jo-Al had prepared an array of local, delicious items to work with and sample, was an excellent and patient instructor with multiple questions, and the addition of the beautiful engraved wooden paddle was incredible. The handbook guide with step by step instructions as well as suggested pairings with wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks was truly appreciated. I learned so much and had a ton of fun - thank you, Jo-Al!
I couldn’t narrow it down to one thing I liked everything so much. It was a really fun evening and I learned some great tips. My hubby and I had the tray for lunch the next day! It was awesome! I would t hesitate to take another class or order from you at all. Jo-Al you are a great instructor and made it so much fun!
