Each event is thoughtfully planned to reflect your style, your guests, and the feeling you want to create; ensuring a drinks experience that feels both elevated and effortless.

Our full-service mobile bar package includes everything needed to host with ease:

Wedding & Event Packages

Our pricing is based on guest count, event length, and service needs.

Packages typically range from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 150 guests.

Alcohol is not included, in accordance with BC liquor regulations.

Optional Enhancements

Mocktail Bar Upgrade $250

A thoughtfully curated zero-proof bar experience designed for guests of all ages.

Includes two custom mocktail recipes crafted with locally made syrups, fresh citrus, herbs, and elevated garnishes. Presentation is styled with the same care as our signature cocktails, ensuring non-alcoholic options feel just as special, celebratory, and intentional.

Perfect for inclusive events, family-friendly weddings, or guests who prefer a beautiful alcohol-free option.

Lounge Area Upgrade from $400

Create a relaxed, photo-worthy space for guests to gather, sip, and unwind.

This upgrade includes a 10’ x 10’ white tent, comfortable seating, small tables, and thoughtfully chosen décor accents such as cushions, throws, and styling details that complement your event aesthetic. Ideal for cocktail hour, receptions, or as a shaded gathering space near the bar.

Pricing varies based on location and event duration.

Extra Hour $125/hr

Extend your bar service beyond the standard service window.

Ideal for longer receptions, late-night celebrations, or events where guests linger and enjoy the atmosphere. Additional hours include continued bartending service, bar maintenance, and guest care.

Glassware $2.50/guest

Elevate the overall bar experience with real glassware.

This upgrade replaces plastic drinkware with carefully selected glassware, adding a refined, polished touch to your event. Ideal for weddings, intimate gatherings, or occasions where presentation is a priority.

Custom Signage/Menu Design $75

A bespoke bar menu designed to complement your event style.

Includes a custom-designed drink menu featuring your selected cocktails and mocktails, styled to align with your colour palette, aesthetic, and overall vision. A subtle but impactful detail that enhances both guest experience and event photography.

Alcohol Pickup $100

A seamless, stress-free option for hosts.

We’ll take care of picking up your alcohol order prior to the event using the personalized shopping list we provide. This ensures everything is ready, organized, and on-site without adding extra tasks to your event prep.

Can alcohol be served at a private residence?

Yes. Alcohol may be served at private events as a hosted bar, where the host provides all beverages at no cost to guests. Alcohol cannot be sold in this setting.

For licensed venues, a cash bar is permitted with a Special Event Permit. Rosemary Lane & Co. is happy to obtain this permit on your behalf; the permit fee will be added to your invoice.


Who purchases the alcohol?

Due to BC liquor laws, we cannot supply alcohol directly. We provide a personalized shopping list tailored to your menu and guest count, and we’re happy to assist with recommendations or arrange pre-event pickup.


Do you offer mocktails?

Absolutely. Any signature cocktail can be crafted as a mocktail, and we always include non-alcoholic options so every guest feels considered.


What are the space and power requirements?

Our bar trailer measures approximately 10’ x 7’ and requires a flat, accessible setup area. A standard 120V outlet within 100 feet is preferred. Generators can be provided if needed.


Do you require a deposit?

A 30% non-refundable retainer secures your date.
An additional 50% is due six months prior to your event, with the remaining balance due two weeks before.
An 18% gratuity is applied to all bartending services (before tax).
